RESEARCH & STRATEGY

A strategy that makes
the next step clear.

We do not start by telling you to join another platform. We ask what you sell, why customers should choose it and where opportunities are being lost. Strategy turns those answers into priorities, messaging and a practical plan.

When this is the right next step

01

You are launching a business or product

You need to define the offer, identify the audience and choose a useful starting point for promotion, without spreading the budget across every available channel.

02

There is activity, but no shared direction

Your website, social accounts and advertising tell different stories. You need to connect them around clear priorities rather than simply increase the volume of work.

03

You are changing your scale or market

You need to reassess audiences, resources, sales processes and digital readiness. Before investing in execution, you want a clear sequence of decisions and actions.

scope list

What we take on

The scope follows your goals. Our proposal sets out the work, deliverables and how we will review them together.

01

The starting point

We examine the product, sales model, existing promotion and supplied data. We identify constraints including budget, content production, geography, seasonality and team capacity.

02

Audience and buying decisions

We identify priority segments, their needs, objections and decision criteria. Confirmed information is separated from assumptions that should be tested during implementation.

03

The competitive landscape

We review public offers, websites, content and competitor communications. The purpose is not imitation: it is finding a clearer way to explain the value of your business.

04

Positioning and messaging

We develop the core offer, supporting arguments, tone and role of content. We explain which messages matter at different stages of a customer's interaction with the brand.

05

Channels and the enquiry journey

We define the roles of social media, advertising, the website and other suitable channels. We map what needs to happen between first contact and a handover to sales.

06

The implementation plan

We organise work by priority, dependencies and responsible roles. We specify what starts first, which evidence to collect and when initial decisions should be reviewed.

document list

A strategy to work with, not a presentation to file away.

Research should answer practical questions: who to reach, what to offer, which channels to use, what to produce and what to do first. The agreed documentation gives your team or ours a basis for execution.

Not every business needs the same document. A strategy for one service can be focused; a new brand or several markets may need a broader study. We define that scope before detailed work begins.

01

A starting-point assessment

What is known about the product, audience, existing resources and buying journey. Confirmed facts, assumptions and unanswered questions are kept separate.

02

Audiences and reasons to choose

Needs, buying situations, decision criteria and objections. We develop messages that explain the value of the specific offer.

03

Channels and their roles

Priority platforms, their purpose and dependencies: pages, assets and processes that need preparation.

04

A content foundation

Topics, formats, voice principles and the role of video, UGC and other assets. Strategy sets direction; production is a separately agreed scope.

05

A launch sequence

Actions, owners, dependencies and priorities. Budget guidance is accompanied by assumptions, not presented as a guaranteed acquisition cost.

06

Evaluation rules

Events and indicators to track, information needed from sales and the observations that should trigger a review of the plan.

split

We study competitors. We do not copy their business into yours.

We examine public offers, positioning, content, channels and the route to an enquiry. The review looks beyond appearance to what a competitor explains to customers and what remains unanswered.

Views and publishing frequency do not reveal another company’s actual sales or profitability. We do not turn public observations into invented financial conclusions. Recommendations are assessed against your product, available evidence and subsequent tests.

01

For your team

We hand over the agreed strategy and explain its decisions. Your team can execute it independently or involve us in selected tasks.

02

For shared execution

We translate the strategy into production and advertising tasks. Moving into ongoing SMM or advertising is a separate agreement, not a condition for receiving the document.

deliverables

What you take away

01

Grounded priorities

A description of the current situation, priority audiences and opportunities. You know where to focus and which activities need preparation before they can be useful.

02

A communication foundation

Positioning, key messages, content direction and channel recommendations. A working reference for the people writing, filming and managing campaigns.

03

An action plan

The order of work, required resources and evaluation criteria. The level of detail and planning horizon follow the task, not a target slide count.

04

A team walkthrough

We present the reasoning, answer questions and discuss execution. Assumptions and missing information are made explicit rather than hidden behind confident projections.

split

Not a document to file away.
A basis for decisions.

The strategy should help your team choose themes, channels, offers and priorities. We do not replace research with a long presentation of generic advice or treat assumptions as proven demand.

01

Priorities

What starts now, and why.

02

Assumptions

What still needs testing.

03

Implementation

Who does what, and in which order.

process

Research.
Choose. Explain.

  1. 01

    Define the decision

We establish whether the strategy supports a launch, a change of direction, a specific product or a new market. We discuss budget and available information.

  2. 02

    Gather and analyse

After agreement and payment, we work with business data, public information and team input. We identify strengths, constraints and unknowns.

  3. 03

    Develop the direction

We bring the audience, offer, channels and resources into one plan. We prioritise hypotheses and identify what must be prepared before launch.

  4. 04

    Make it usable

We present the strategy, agree on refinements and define next steps. Eqvola or your own team can carry out the plan, depending on the chosen arrangement.

comparison

We manage the work.
You stay in the loop.

01

What Eqvola handles

Research, analysis, strategy development and an explanation of the decisions. Where useful, we involve technical specialists to assess dependencies on the website, CRM or other tools.

02

What we need from you

We need available information about products, customers, earlier activity and sales. A contact who understands the real processes and can agree on priorities is essential.

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO

For example: a business is introducing a new offer.

An illustration of a possible brief, not a published client case.

The business needs to identify the audience, explain the offer and choose an initial channel mix. We gather context, review available evidence and public activity, then develop hypotheses and a test plan. Execution can remain with your team or become a separately agreed stage with Eqvola.

budget

A quote built
around the task.

The quote depends on the number of products, audiences and markets, the available data and the depth of analysis. We define the research task in the first conversation. Detailed analysis and strategy development are paid work after the agreement.

Implementation, content production and advertising spend are not automatically included. Their scope and budget are agreed separately.

faq

Questions worth asking.

Is this a strategy or a content calendar?

Strategy defines audiences, the offer, channels, priorities and evaluation. A content calendar schedules individual publications. We can prepare a detailed calendar within the agreed scope or as the next stage.

Can we buy the strategy without ongoing management?

Yes. Your team or other specialists can implement it. We provide the agreed materials and explain how to use the recommendations.

What if there is very little historical data?

We work with the product, available information and the team's experience. We identify hypotheses and design a way to test them. A forecast does not become a fact simply because the project is new.

Can we focus on one product or channel?

Yes, where that fits the task. We define research boundaries while accounting for dependencies. A social channel should not be planned in isolation from the offer and sales process.

Is a full audit part of the free introduction?

The initial conversation covers context and possible ways to work together. An in-depth audit, competitor research and written strategy start after the agreement and payment.

Will the strategy need updating?

Decisions should be revisited when products, audiences, resources or evidence change. Further support and updates are agreed separately.

EQVOLA / BRIEF

Work out what is worth doing.
And what can wait.

Tell us about your business and the decision this strategy needs to support.

The first conversation is free. Research, strategy, design and technical planning begin after the agreement and payment.

What do you need?

Only share information needed for an initial conversation. Do not include passwords or confidential access credentials.
