CONTENT & PRODUCTION

You need content.
Not another team
to coordinate.

Scripts, shoots, actors, creators, editing and adaptation in one managed process. We produce material that explains your product and supports promotion, without making you assemble and coordinate every contributor.

When this is the right next step

01

There are ideas, but production stalls

You lack the time, scripts or people to get content ready for publication. We organise the process from the original task to approval and final delivery.

02

You need professional, relevant video

Your product needs to be shown, explained, compared or demonstrated in use. We choose a presentation that suits the brand rather than chasing an unrelated trend.

03

Your team does not want to be on camera

We can source actors or creators. If employees take part, we give them clear scripts and an organised process instead of another unmanaged responsibility.

scope list

What we take on

The scope follows your goals. Our proposal sets out the work, deliverables and how we will review them together.

01

The brief and concept

We establish who the material is for, the message it should convey and where it will be used. Format, visual direction, tone and the viewer's next step are agreed before filming.

02

Scripts and preparation

We write scripts, dialogue, shot plans and contributor briefs. Product facts, locations, props and any input from your team are clarified before production.

03

Production management

We source videographers, photographers, studios, actors or creators to match the task. We coordinate schedules and delivery, including when the production team is in another city or country.

04

Editing and presentation

We edit footage and prepare captions, graphics, covers and supporting copy within scope. We check that the original message survives the edit and the offer is understandable.

05

UGC and existing assets

We can work with suitable customer content where permission exists, arrange creator-led production or make scripted videos with actors. We do not pass a staged testimonial off as a genuine customer's experience.

06

Creators and adaptation

Where relevant, we find creators or influencers, agree on briefs and coordinate integrations. We produce versions suited to the agreed platforms, placements and advertising campaigns.

comparison

You do not need your own production team.

We do not begin by insisting that everything be reshot. We review what you already have and choose a production approach based on the task, product, budget and people’s willingness to appear on camera.

01

You have useful assets

We review the footage and photography, select usable material, edit, design and adapt. Where needed, we shoot only what is missing from a complete story.

02

Your team is comfortable on camera

We prepare clear scripts, questions, shot lists and filming guidance. We help employees share expertise without expecting them to become professional actors.

03

You need actors or creators

We select people suited to the product, audience and delivery, agree on the brief and coordinate production. A scripted ad is not presented as an independent customer review.

04

The shoot needs to happen elsewhere

We source a suitable team or studio, supply scripts and requirements, coordinate the work and review the assets. Location does not remove the need for a shared production brief.

editorial

Different formats. One clear purpose.

An asset may explain a product, help people choose, demonstrate expertise or invite an enquiry. Before production, we establish where it will appear: organic content, advertising, a website or several settings. That informs the script, framing, length and adaptations.

01

Product and expert videos

We show use, details, differences and answers to real questions. Complex ideas are explained through an action or example, not just promotional adjectives.

02

Scripted short-form video

A scene, conversation, demonstration or recognisable situation. Humour and trend-led formats are used only where they fit the brand.

03

UGC and customer assets

We work with relevant material from actual users or commission creator-led content. Agreed rights and permitted use are checked separately for publication and advertising.

04

Creator partnerships

We source local or national creators for relevance, not audience size alone. The format, terms, deliverables and available reporting are agreed. Production and publication on a creator’s account are separate budget items.

document list

The shoot is finished. The deliverable is not.

After filming, we select footage, edit, prepare audio, subtitles, covers and adaptations for the agreed brief. Product names, facts, spelling and the offer are checked with your designated contact.

Before work begins, we define asset quantities, formats, approval ownership and revision handling. The handover identifies publication-ready versions, advertising variants and agreed usage restrictions. Raw footage and editable project files are discussed separately rather than assumed to be included.

deliverables

What you take away

01

An agreed production plan

Topics, scripts, formats, contributors and a production sequence. Everyone knows what is being filmed and what needs to be prepared.

02

Finished assets

Video, photography, design, copy and covers according to the agreed scope. Files are handed over with clear names and intended uses.

03

Versions for your channels

Agreed aspect ratios, lengths, captions and supporting presentation. Adaptation accounts for context, not just file dimensions.

04

Clear usage arrangements

Platforms, duration and permitted uses, including advertising, are agreed before production. Raw files and additional versions depend on the contracted scope.

split

Already have good material?
We do not start over.

We review what your business already has. Strong photos, footage and expert explanations can become the foundation for new content. We add or improve what is needed rather than commission an expensive shoot for its own sake.

01

For the task

The format serves a specific message.

02

For the resources

Useful existing assets are retained.

03

For the channels

The right versions are delivered.

process

One brief.
The whole production cycle.

  1. 01

    Define the assets

We discuss the product, channels, existing material and budget. We select a one-off production, a batch shoot or an ongoing arrangement.

  2. 02

    Prepare the scripts

After agreeing to work together, we develop concepts, copy and a shot plan. Contributors, locations, timing and usage arrangements are confirmed.

  3. 03

    Manage filming and editing

Your manager coordinates the production team. We review footage and produce the agreed versions without passing coordination back to you.

  4. 04

    Review and deliver

We gather consolidated feedback, make agreed revisions and hand over final files. Publishing and further promotion can be added where needed.

01

What Eqvola handles

Concepts, scripts, production management, editing and delivery of the agreed assets. We can also source contributors and negotiate arrangements for relevant placements.

02

What we need from you

We need reliable product information, confirmation of offer terms, access to products or locations where needed, and consolidated feedback from a designated contact.

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO

For example: you have the expertise, but no time to organise video.

An illustration of a possible brief, not a published client case.

Your team answers product questions; we turn that material into scripts and a shot plan, then coordinate production and editing. If employees prefer not to appear, we choose demonstrations or bring in suitable talent. The deliverable is an agreed set of assets, not a promise of viral reach.

budget

A quote built
around the task.

The quote reflects the number and complexity of assets, script preparation, filming conditions, contributors and post-production. We can work on individual shoots, content batches or regular production.

Studios, actors, creators, props, logistics and paid placements are agreed before costs are incurred. Revision rounds and raw-file handover are defined in the scope.

faq

Questions worth asking.

How is UGC different from a video with an actor?

Genuine customer content reflects that person's own experience. Creator-led or actor-led video may have a natural style, but it is commissioned production. We distinguish the formats and do not invent customer testimonials.

Can we film using your scripts?

Yes. We can prepare scripts, shot plans and guidance for your team, then handle editing, presentation and adaptation of the material you provide.

Do we need to hire a studio?

Not necessarily. The location follows the concept and available resources. Your venue, office, production site or another suitable space may work. A studio is only proposed when the task justifies it.

Can you find influencers for placement?

Yes. Where relevant, we identify local or national creators, discuss the format and coordinate the integration. Audience and product fit matter more than follower count alone.

Is publishing included in content production?

Not automatically. We can hand over finished assets to your team or include publication and promotion in a separately agreed support arrangement.

Can the videos be used in advertising?

Commercial usage should be agreed before production. It depends on arrangements with contributors, music and other incorporated material. We account for the required placements during preparation.
