You are preparing a first launch
You need audiences, creative, landing destinations and measurement. We help avoid sending paid traffic into an unfinished journey.
PAID PROMOTION
Advertising needs more than settings. It needs a clear offer, prepared destinations and people ready to handle enquiries. We check that journey, choose suitable channels and run campaigns focused on relevant potential customers.
editorial cards
You need audiences, creative, landing destinations and measurement. We help avoid sending paid traffic into an unfinished journey.
We review the offer, audiences, ads and destinations to identify where expectations stop matching what the business provides.
You need more than an initial account setup: refreshed creative, structured tests, spending control and decisions coordinated with sales.
scope list
The scope follows your goals. Our proposal sets out the work, deliverables and how we will review them together.
We review the site or profile, product information, forms and contact routes. We clarify who handles enquiries and how outcomes are recorded, identifying what needs attention before launch.
We choose advertising tools around the audience, product, location and resources. Search, social, video and other appropriate formats are considered without imposing the same channel mix on every business.
We prepare agreed copy, visuals and scripts. Ads must match the actual offer. Video production or landing-page improvements can be organised as a separately agreed workstream.
We structure campaigns, define audiences and plan tests. We prepare available measurement, events and source tracking so evaluation does not stop at clicks.
We examine spend, enquiries and their relevance. Creative, segments and budget allocation change in response to evidence. A live campaign is not, by itself, a reason to increase spending.
We agree on qualification criteria and the information handover. If enquiries concern the wrong service or location, that feedback informs changes to promotion.
checklist
We do not recommend spending simply to show active campaigns in an ad account. Before launch, we check whether people can understand the offer, take the intended action and receive a response.
When the resources are ready, we do not invent a preparation phase. When specific obstacles exist, we explain them, agree on priority changes and involve the technical team where necessary.
What is being sold, to whom, where and on what terms is clear. The ad’s promise matches what the business can actually provide.
Relevant information, current assets and a clear next action are available. The link goes to the offer instead of making the visitor search for it.
Forms, contact methods or booking work. Someone owns incoming enquiries and their handover to sales.
Target actions, data sources and access are agreed. Where tracking is incomplete, we state the limits of the analysis.
editorial
To evaluate advertising, we agree on what a relevant enquiry means for your business. Location, service, need, budget and the ability to fulfil an order can matter more than the total number of submitted forms.
Sales reports which people genuinely considered the offer and which enquiries were a poor fit. Those reasons inform changes to audiences, creative, terms or landing pages. Closing an interested customer remains the sales team’s responsibility; advertising does not replace the product, service or fulfilment.
We define what is being tested: an audience, message, format or offer. Observations are compared in context, rather than naming a winner after one incidental enquiry.
Team fees, media spend and additional production are separated. Budget increases are discussed alongside test evidence and the sales team’s capacity.
When an approach attracts poor-fit enquiries, we review it. Recurring spend is not a reason to keep an unsuitable campaign running.
deliverables
Channels, audiences, offers, required assets and a testing scope. We also identify preparatory work that should be completed before spending on traffic.
An agreed campaign structure and creative assets. Access arrangements and how accounts will be managed are established in advance.
Reporting on available data about spend, sources, enquiry costs and relevance. Detail depends on the measurement setup and information supplied by sales.
We explain what to stop, what to test next and when expansion makes sense. Recommendations come with reasoning, not just a larger budget request.
split
If a page does not explain the offer, a form is broken or enquiries go unanswered, those issues need attention first. We can involve our technical team or prepare a brief for yours.
Destinations, forms and response handling.
The right audience and enquiry.
Actual reasons why leads do not fit.
process
We clarify the product, audience, geography and spending boundaries. Team fees and advertising spend are separated from the outset.
After agreeing to work together, we review resources and measurement. Required improvements are scoped or passed to the responsible specialists.
We prepare campaigns and creative, agree on evaluation criteria and launch the defined scope. Budget changes are not made without agreement.
Campaign data is combined with sales feedback. We review messaging, the offer and the enquiry journey, not only settings inside the advertising account.
comparison
Planning, agreed creative, setup, spending control and analysis. We coordinate connected marketing and technical work where it forms part of the engagement.
We need an accurate offer, availability information, relevant access and prompt enquiry handling. Sales should explain which leads fit and why others do not.
ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO
An illustration of a possible brief, not a published client case.
We review the ad’s message, audience and destination. Sales records the reasons for poor fit. That evidence informs changes to messaging, targeting or the page. The decision is based on what people actually ask for, not clicks alone.
budget
The quote depends on channels, products, campaign count, geography, measurement complexity and creative production. Launch work and ongoing management are agreed separately. Advertising media spend is not a fee paid for Eqvola services.
Website changes, integrations, shoots and other preparatory work are included only with agreement, not hidden inside a mandatory package.
faq
We select tools for the task, including Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant options. Availability and suitability for the specific product are checked before launch planning.
Sometimes a prepared social profile or another suitable enquiry route is enough. Product information and response handling still need to be ready. We do not build a website simply for the sake of having one.
We can involve technical specialists or define work for your existing team. Changes are scoped and priced separately unless included in the original proposal.
We agree on criteria such as the required service, location, genuine interest and other relevant sales parameters. Feedback from actual customer conversations helps assess suitability.
We do not present an untested cost as a guarantee. We agree on goals and budget, test approaches and explain the evidence. Product, offer and the path to an order also affect the outcome.
We separate team work, production and paid placement. The proposal makes clear what you are paying for and which changes require additional approval.
