SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

More than content.
A system for social.

Content for the sake of content? Not here. We start with how your business sells, who needs the product and what gets in the way of an enquiry. Then we bring strategy, production, account management and promotion into one coordinated process.

When this is the right next step

01

You are starting from scratch

You need to know where to reach customers, how to present your offer and what to publish. We build the starting point around your product and audience, not a random posting schedule.

02

The accounts exist. The direction does not.

We review positioning, presentation, content themes and the path to an enquiry. We keep what works and rebuild the parts that do not support your business goals.

03

You need a team, not more coordination

You want regular, professional video, active accounts and purposeful promotion without separately managing a scriptwriter, videographer, editor and advertising specialist.

scope list

What we take on

The scope follows your goals. Our proposal sets out the work, deliverables and how we will review them together.

01

Business and competitor research

We examine your product, customers, geography, seasonality and current sales process. Public competitor activity and your available data help us build a plan grounded in the actual situation.

02

Strategy and profile preparation

We define the role of each channel, positioning, messaging, content themes and visual direction. We organise bios, navigation, links and contact routes, agreeing on the path from content to conversation.

03

Content and production

We develop concepts, scripts, copy and design. We use suitable existing assets or organise shoots with employees, actors, creators, studios and editors according to the agreed needs and budget.

04

Account management

We plan, approve, adapt and publish content. We do not blindly repost identical material everywhere. Comment moderation and initial message handling can be included in the agreed scope.

05

Promotion and partnerships

We combine organic distribution, paid advertising and relevant collaborations. First, we check that profiles, the website and enquiry handling are ready. Media spend and creator partnerships are agreed separately.

06

Analysis and adjustment

We look at enquiries, their cost and relevance as well as reach. Feedback from sales on lost or unsuitable leads informs changes to targeting, messaging, content and promotion.

comparison

Not every platform belongs in your plan.

We work across platforms, but we do not begin by selling all of them. We first establish where people discover your product, where they evaluate it and how they prefer to contact you. One channel might introduce the brand, another explain a complex service, and another maintain an ongoing relationship.

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, X, Pinterest and Telegram are options, not a mandatory bundle. Audience fit, the product, geography, production capacity and enquiry data guide the choice. A channel’s role is something to test, not a permanent assumption.

01

A priority channel

We identify where dedicated topics, formats and regular production are needed. This is a channel-specific approach, not a duplicate account.

02

Additional distribution

Suitable assets are adapted in length, presentation, caption and next step. Reuse makes sense when it saves resources without weakening the message.

03

A channel to leave out for now

We do not create an account simply to be present. It can be added when there is a clear purpose and the capacity to support it.

editorial

What happens between the strategy and the next post.

The strategy needs to become practical decisions. For each working cycle, we identify priority products, customer questions, required assets and promotion tasks. Those decisions become a content calendar and a production plan.

You can see what is planned, what needs approval and what we need from your team. We coordinate preparation, filming, editing, design and publication. After release, audience response and enquiry feedback inform the next cycle. Reporting, approval and filming frequency are defined in the proposal.

01

More than entertainment

We show the product in use, explain choices, reveal the process, answer objections and introduce the people behind the brand. Entertainment has a place when it serves the context.

02

More than publishing

We define where an asset leads: a conversation, a relevant page, a booking or further exploration. A call to action should fit the audience’s readiness, not mechanically end every post.

03

More than reporting

We record observations and next decisions: what to repeat, what to change, which offer needs clarification and which questions to discuss with sales.

deliverables

What you take away

01

A strategy you can use

Positioning, priority channels, content direction, a launch plan and agreed evaluation criteria. Each part of the work has a clear purpose.

02

Prepared channels and finished content

Organised profiles and ready-to-publish assets in the agreed formats. We define the volume of posts, shoots and adaptations before production begins.

03

A managed working process

A manager, a calendar, an approval process and a clear enquiry handover. You do not need to assemble a new production team for every video.

04

Reporting with next steps

We explain what worked, where the constraints are and what should change. When sales data is available, we connect marketing activity to the next steps in the customer journey.

split

Views are not the finish line.
Who enquires matters.

An enquiry from the wrong location, for a different service or with an unsuitable budget is not just a reporting number. It is feedback for targeting, content or the offer. Your sales team remains responsible for closing interested customers.

01

A relevant audience

The right location, need, service and budget.

02

A clear handover

Interested leads move to the client’s sales team.

03

A working feedback loop

Reasons for poor-fit enquiries return to marketing.

process

From the first conversation
to consistent delivery.

  1. 01

    Understand the task

We discuss your business, resources, expectations and budget range. Together we decide whether full support or a focused starting stage makes more sense.

  2. 02

Research and agree on a plan

After the agreement and payment, we analyse the starting point and develop the strategy. We agree on channels, priorities, production volume and responsibilities.

  3. 03

    Prepare and launch

We organise profiles, create initial content and check the enquiry journey. We establish a working process between our team and your designated contact.

  4. 04

    Manage and improve

We follow the agreed calendar, review response and lead quality, and adjust content and promotion. An approach that is not working should not become routine.

01

What Eqvola handles

We handle strategy, planning, production coordination, agreed account management and analysis. Your manager brings the specialists together and keeps you informed about decisions.

02

What we need from you

We need accurate product information, access to agreed resources, an approval contact and feedback from sales. Your business confirms product facts and its ability to fulfil customer orders.

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO

For example: the service exists, but social media does not explain why to choose it.

An illustration of a possible brief, not a published client case.

We first examine the offer and customer questions. We then organise the profile, develop useful formats and agree on enquiry handover. Regular production and promotion follow that plan. Actors, an additional website or paid advertising are considered only where the situation calls for them.

budget

A quote built
around the task.

The quote depends on channels, strategy depth, content volume, filming and promotion. We distinguish initial preparation from ongoing management and do not add services simply to increase the package price.

Before work starts, we separate team fees, media spend and external production costs. Paid collaborations, studios and actors are included only where agreed.

faq

Questions worth asking.

Do we need every social platform?

No. We can work across platforms, but select those with a relevant audience and a clear role in your plan. The number of accounts is not a measure of strategy quality.

What if we have no content and do not want to be on camera?

We can arrange production with actors or creators. If employees are comfortable filming, we prepare scripts and shot briefs for them. The format follows your product and budget.

Who answers messages?

We agree on this before starting. Moderation and initial responses using approved scripts can be included. Enquiries requiring specialist order information and closing the sale go to your designated team.

Do you guarantee sales numbers?

We do not promise revenue that also depends on pricing, availability, the offer and your sales process. Our work is to attract relevant interest, test assumptions and improve promotion using the available evidence.

Can we order only strategy or video production?

Yes. Services are available independently. If the requested scope will not address the task, we explain the limitations before payment and propose a useful alternative.

Can you work with clients in other locations?

Planning, account management and approvals can be handled remotely. Our filming base is Ivano-Frankivsk. Where needed, we source local production partners in other cities or countries and coordinate delivery using our scripts.
