Eqvola

TECHNOLOGY × MARKETING

Business first.
Then marketing
and technology.

Eqvola is a technology company with a strong marketing division. We help businesses attract customers, build useful digital products and improve operations. We start with the task, not a list of services we could sell.

What does your
business need?

You do not need a service name. Knowing what you want to change is a good place to start.

01

Attract relevant customers

Build promotion from scratch or reshape what exists: strategy, social media, content and advertising connected to your offer.

02

Produce content consistently

Get video, UGC, design and copy without coordinating shoots, actors, creators and editing yourself.

03

Launch a website or product

Create or improve a website, app, CRM or platform that performs a specific role for customers and your team.

04

Remove unnecessary manual work

Connect tools, organise enquiries and data, and automate repeated operations with clearly defined rules.

dual direction

Two disciplines. One way of working.

01

Marketing
that starts with strategy.

We examine the business, audience and competitive landscape. We choose appropriate channels, prepare resources, create content and manage promotion. Relevant enquiries matter alongside attention.

02

Development
that fits the task.

We design and implement websites, applications, platforms and automation. We recommend existing solutions when they are more practical and custom work when functionality, costs or security justify it.

editorial

Full-cycle social media.
Not content for its own sake.

Social media should explain why people should choose your business. We bring strategy, regular production, account management and promotion together. If useful assets exist, we use them. If not, we organise filming and the people needed to deliver it.

01

From research to publication

We define the audience, topics, formats and channel roles. Scheduling and production follow the agreed direction.

02

From enquiries to feedback

Interested prospects are handed to sales. Information about lead quality guides changes to messaging and promotion.

03

From a focused task to ongoing support

Strategy, content or management can be commissioned separately. If the requested approach will not solve the task, we explain that before work begins.

comparison

From your first marketing plan to your own platform.

You do not need a list of contractors or technologies. Tell us where your business is today and what needs to change. We will identify the work we can take on and a sensible place to begin.

01

Small business: establish a clear starting point

Clarify the offer, organise profiles, produce content and make enquiries easier to handle. If one channel and a simple website are enough, we do not recommend more.

02

Mid-sized business: reconnect what has become fragmented

Improve the website, revisit positioning, produce professional topic-led video and connect promotion with enquiry handling. Useful existing work is retained.

03

New product: build it and introduce it to the market

Develop a website, application or platform and prepare its promotion. Development and marketing have distinct responsibilities and a shared understanding of the product.

process

Marketing attracts.
Technology supports what happens next.

The teams connect where the task needs both: improving a website before an advertising launch, for example, or passing new enquiries into a CRM. These are examples of work, not a fixed package for every client.

  1. 01

    Content → a clear offer

We prepare assets and relevant pages so people can understand the service and take the next step.

  2. 02

An enquiry → the sales team

We define sources, forms, information handovers and responsibilities. Technical integrations are added where needed.

  3. 03

    A process → less repetition

Where data is copied between systems, we assess automation options. We do not introduce another platform if the existing tools can be made to work.

manifesto

No unnecessary products.
No work for its own sake.

We do not sell every social platform to one business or recommend custom software when an existing tool is enough. The cost and complexity of a solution should be justified by your task.

01

Appropriate, not maximal

Services and specialists follow the task. We add a discipline only when its role is clear.

02

One manager

Specialists, production teams and technical work are coordinated within an agreed scope.

03

Clear responsibility

Deliverables, client input, access, approvals and changes are defined before execution.

04

Evidence before claims

We distinguish demonstrated outcomes from hypotheses. Attractive numbers without context are not a substitute for analysis.

process

From the first conversation to implementation.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

We discuss the task, starting point, available resources and budget boundaries. The first conversation identifies a useful beginning; it is not a substitute for full research.

  2. 02

    Agree on the arrangement

We define the starting scope, deliverables, responsibilities and working process. Detailed stages begin after the agreement and payment. An undefined product may start with planning.

  3. 03

    Research and deliver

We develop the strategy or requirements, assemble the team and carry out the agreed work. Your manager coordinates specialists, materials, demonstrations and feedback.

  4. 04

Review and choose the next step

We review deliverables and available evidence, hand over materials and agree on changes. Further support follows the needs of the business.

faq

Questions worth asking.

Can we commission a single service?

Yes. Marketing and development are independent disciplines. You can come for a website, a strategy or video production. Where one service is not enough, we explain the dependencies and propose a suitable approach.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Small and medium businesses that need promotion, professional content or digital tools, and teams building their own products. We discuss the fit of the specific task in the first conversation. We do not take on illegal projects.

Who manages all the contributors?

A manager is your main contact. We assemble and coordinate the specialists needed for the task, including external contributors. You do not receive a list of people to manage yourself.

Can you work across locations?

Planning, development and approvals can be handled remotely. Content can use existing assets or locally coordinated production teams. Our filming base is Ivano-Frankivsk, and we work in English and Ukrainian.

What happens after an enquiry?

We discuss the task, context, budget range and a useful starting point. The first conversation is free. Detailed research, strategy, design and technical planning begin after the agreement and payment.
