ABOUT EQVOLA

One company.
Two strong disciplines.

Eqvola is a technology company with a dedicated marketing team. We connect an understanding of sales with the ability to build or improve useful tools. Marketing and development work independently and together, depending on the task.

editorial

You should not have
to assemble it all yourself.

Promotion needs strategy, content, production and data. A digital product needs requirements, design, development, integrations and implementation. We coordinate the agreed scope so specialists work towards the same task rather than deliver disconnected pieces.

scope list

Who works on your project

01

The marketing team

Studies the business and competitive landscape, defines positioning, channels and messaging, plans content and manages production, accounts and promotion. Sales feedback informs adjustments.

02

The technical team

Turns requirements into websites, applications, systems and automated workflows. It assesses existing options, designs what is needed and takes the agreed scope through implementation.

03

The project manager

Coordinates people, agreements, materials and approvals. You can follow progress and next steps. The team is assembled around the task, not the other way around.

editorial

More than 15 years
of development experience.

The technical practice draws on more than 15 years of hands-on development experience, from mobile games to fintech platforms. That experience informs not just interface decisions but business logic, dependencies, delivery stages and ongoing operation.

editorial

You should not have to manage every specialist.

Your manager brings tasks into one plan, coordinates the people responsible and maintains the context behind agreed decisions. Relevant specialists join substantive discussions: a strategist, advertising specialist, producer, designer or developer, depending on the project.

We need an accountable contact, reliable information and feedback from your side. Coordination and delivery of the agreed scope sit with us. That division does not remove your control: you understand what is being done, why it matters and which decisions need your input.

01

Concrete conversations

We discuss the business, product, task and constraints rather than replace a proposal with fashionable terminology.

02

No unnecessary dependency

We explain alternatives and limitations. Ongoing support follows the need instead of becoming a condition for every project.

03

No borrowed results

We discuss evidence that can be substantiated. An illustrative example is not presented as a client case, and a forecast is not reported as revenue.

manifesto

Not more services.
More purpose in the work.

01

No work for its own sake

Post counts and code volume are not goals in themselves. We define why work is needed and what a completed deliverable looks like.

02

No unnecessary complexity

An existing tool may be better than a new platform, and one relevant channel may be more useful than presence everywhere. We explain the choice and its limitations.

03

Dependencies made clear

If a standalone service is not enough, we say so before payment. We propose a useful approach rather than sell work and explain the gap later.

04

Defined responsibilities

Marketing works on relevant interest and enquiry handover. Sales closes interested customers. Information about unsuitable leads returns to marketing for adjustment.

05

No invented proof

We separate findings from assumptions and evidence from presentation. We do not replace data with a promise of the same outcome for every business.

editorial

The team follows the task.
Coordination stays with us.

We involve the required marketing, content production, design and engineering specialists. Shoots can use local crews, actors and creators. A contributor working remotely does not mean their coordination becomes the client’s responsibility.

split

Ukraine and English-speaking projects.

We work in English and Ukrainian. Planning, development and approvals can be remote. Our filming base is Ivano-Frankivsk; other locations use an appropriate production arrangement when the task needs local contributors.

process

From the first conversation to implementation.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

We discuss the task, starting point, available resources and budget boundaries. The first conversation identifies a useful beginning; it is not a substitute for full research.

  2. 02

    Agree on the arrangement

We define the starting scope, deliverables, responsibilities and working process. Detailed stages begin after the agreement and payment. An undefined product may start with planning.

  3. 03

    Research and deliver

We develop the strategy or requirements, assemble the team and carry out the agreed work. Your manager coordinates specialists, materials, demonstrations and feedback.

  4. 04

Review and choose the next step

We review deliverables and available evidence, hand over materials and agree on changes. Further support follows the needs of the business.

faq

Questions worth asking.

Are you an agency or a development company?

Eqvola is a technology company with a strong, separate marketing division. Both are independent services. You do not need to buy marketing alongside development or the other way around.

Will I have one main contact?

A manager accompanies the project. Relevant specialists join discussions where needed, but coordination of agreed work is not passed back to the client.

Can you work with our existing suppliers?

We can agree on a division of work between Eqvola and your team. Responsibilities, materials, access and task handovers are defined at the start.

Can we begin with a small task?

Yes, where it has standalone value. Strategy, a content production, a website or one integration can be a starting point. We explain when that scope will not address the actual need.
